'Ego Hunger Aggression' is the debut album by a Russian electro duo ONER, released in March 2015. It was mixed and mastered by Stefan Noltemeyer (www.mastering-online.com). The album has a hard electro, but melodic sound; the songs contain confessional, mystical and aggressive lyrics.

'Ego Hunger Aggression' is kind of self-therapy. It is a loud scream out of a dark world of inner conflicts, fears, loneliness, despair, into the external world; a scream that tries to reach the ears and souls of those who are still able to hear and understand.

The name of the album was inspired by the book 'Ego, Hunger and Aggression' , which was written by Fritz Perls, one of the founders of Gestalt Therapy.
